1Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 weeks of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
2Why We Ship via UPS
Once dispatched, all orders are shipped using UPS Tracked 48hr Delivery. We believe fast, reliable shipping is essential for research peptides specifically, as extended transit times increase the risk of degradation before the product reaches you. Keeping transit time short helps preserve product integrity from our facility to your door.
Tracking information is provided as soon as your order is dispatched and can be accessed directly on our website.
3Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following EU countries:
We are unable to ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Norway. These countries sit outside the EU customs union, which means shipments require customs declarations, import duties, and significantly higher courier costs. To keep our pricing and delivery times consistent, we've chosen to focus exclusively on intra-EU shipping for now.
4Shipping Costs
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over €180.
5Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to protect product integrity during transit. Vials are securely cushioned to prevent breakage, and packaging is kept discreet with no product details visible on the exterior.
6Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
7Customs and Import Duties
As all shipments move within the EU customs union, customers should not encounter customs fees or import duties on deliveries. In the rare event that local processing delays occur, European BioLabs is not responsible for delays caused by external customs handling.
8Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 40 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@europeanbiolabs.com and we will investigate with our shipping carrier.
9Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. European BioLabs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
10Payment Methods
We accept Credit Card, SEPA bank transfer, Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and iDEAL.
